Burst Water Pipe

Sometimes one burst pipe in the attic can affect 4 levels of a building. This is an example of how a frozen pipe can create havoc all the way to an exterior wall. The SERVPRO Team had to remove drywall on the exterior walls to pull out all of the wet insulation. Once we removed all of the wet building materials, we dried the remaining structure and then rebuilt the property as it was prior to the loss.
