Building Utility Closet

Commercial building engineers, facility management staff, and property managers, are  very busy people.  Not only are they addressing the concerns of the tenants, but they must be proactive in their inspection of the building and grounds to stem off any potential problems.

Checking utility closets, like the one pictured here is one example.  Walking the properties on a consistent basis, checking doors and windows, hot water heaters, bathroom and break room plumbing, outside hose bibs, steps, railings, etc., are but a few of the items that must be constantly checked for safety and operational standards.
